Dreaming comes in all different forms, whether it’s something as simple as what you’re planning to do the next day, a long-term dream, or some scenario that you wish would one day actually happen. I think that everyone has at some point in their life dreamt in each one of these ways, or at least I have. Although I have experienced all of them, thinking of scenarios that I wish would happen (daydreaming) is definitely one that I do the most.
Daydreaming is something that you can do whenever, no matter what the situation is. You can do it in the car, during class (occasionally), in your free time, or before you fall asleep at night. As you can see, you can daydream anytime you want, as long as your mind isn’t focused on other things. Whenever I daydream, I usually get morphed into my own little world, forgetting about what’s going on around me. My daydreams are basically what I wish will happen in the future, or replaying things on how I wished they had happened, instead of how they actually did.
Just as taking pictures, drawing, blogging, listening to music, and much more are ways of expressing yourself, daydreaming is also another alternative. When you’re daydreaming, it’s easy to express your feelings because most people only dream about things they like. When dreaming, you could possibly learn something about yourself that you never knew before.
